I like doing these because it helps me remember where I am when I am completely and utterly confused. I'm going to put the series that I'm making a priority in italics. Red means incomplete, Purple means I'm caught up, and Green means it's complete.

Simon requested that I post positive things on my blog, and really, I don't think it's that hard to do at the minute.

I've spent a lovely weekend with my lovely boyfriend watching anime, and eating noodles. It's been nice, and relaxing. I managed to get some stuff off of my chest, and I feel amazing for it to be honest. There's still some stuff that I need to get out, but if it starts bothering me again, I'll have to bring it up. Honestly, I had a couple of doubts at the beginning of the weekend, because I knew that Cam wasn't happy, but honestly, I think it was just a case of us needing to spend some time together. You know, just us two, instead of us two, and 15 other people.

But I feel a lot better now. I had a good birthday (finally saw Avatar) but I was ill for a little bit of the day, and I've spent this weekend in bed with a cold. Luckily, Cam was also there with a cold, so it was a really good chance to watch some of the new anime this season.

Speaking of anime, I have an anime list account now, which I'm going to put in the sidebar, so I won't have to do updates entirely devoted to the anime that I'm watching anymore so I can keep track of it, which is nice, but I'm still going to be putting my manga list up here when it needs to be done, but I'm going to leave that a while so that my manga can grow a little bit.

Anyway, other things:

I booked my tickets for 3 Madina Lake shows! I'll be seeing Livi in Leeds, Laura in Sheffield and Light in Birmingham, which I love. I like the fact that I get to see some awesome people in the space of a week.

Also, the weekend before my part of the Arlene Ball Tour kicks off, I'm going to my first weekend long anime-convention - Kitacon. I've been wanting to go to a proper convention now for over a year, and I finally bought my ticket today, and me and Cam have booked our hotel room. All I need now is a cosplay, and I'm totally sorted ^_^

Though I am stuck about who to cosplay as. Cam thinks I should go as Nia, from Gurren Lagann, but I'm not totally sure about what I want to do yet. I'm thinking Mio from K-On, or Hanyuu from Higurashi, but I have a few weeks before I absolutely have to make my choice.

There's a lot of stuff going off around this time, and this makes me happy. I feel a lot more positive, and I need to learn not to use my blog as a place to moan. I have a lovely boyfriend, a wonderful group of friends, and a lot of events coming up, so I've got no right to complain really.

Refreshers week is in less than a week, and I couldn't care less.

Honestly, this year has started off utterly shite, and I'm fed up of it. I don't care what anyone says, I really feel like I don't belong anywhere, and it's breaking me.

I'm finally able to sit down and relax. I like this. Since Friendsmas, I've been busy, so I'm just going to do a run down of what I've been doing. More for my benefit than anyone elses, but still.

Friendsmas
This day was amazing. We listened to stupid music, exchanged presents, and had a really nice time in general. I loved seeing Simon, Claky and Laura all at once and laughing at the fact that Claky hadn't wrapped his presents, so when he gave them out, we had to shut our eyes and turn around, and when something was thrust into the hands of one of us, the others would automatically gasp. I had a lovely time, but I wish I'd planned more for us to do xD

Christmas Eve
This is a day reserved for Panto. It was Beauty and the Beast, and it was adorable. I've always had a soft spot for the beast, so I didn't boo him. But me and Claky had a great time. And sang I Love Rock 'n' Roll, and O Come All Ye Faithful, which is always fun. The dame this year was absolutely fantastic.

Christmas Day
Underwhelming. Ate a nut roast for dinner. Had to wear a hat. Heard way too much Christmas music.

Boxing Day
I went to my grandma's for a few hours and saw everyone on that side of the family. I got some really nice stuff. Had some good food. I saw Stuart, which was really nice because I hadn't seen him in a very long time.

28th December
Went to my dads for the day, went shopping, Anna bought me some amazing slippers, and I played on the new Super Mario Bros game for the wii and oh my god, it was amazing.

29th December
Laura's birthday and Laserquest! It was badass. I needed to get home early, but no, they wouldn't let me leave and I stayed out until 10. But, I did have a very, very good time.

31st December
New Years. Was supposed to go out, but couldn't, so me and Claky stayed in and were underwhelmed by the whole thing, as we always are. But still, it was a pretty good time.

1st January
Spent the day in with Claky, attempting to do work. Also did Big Fat Quiz of the Year on Channel 4, and I beat Claky, purely because he gave up towards the end.

2nd January
Me and Claky went into town for a while, and then I went to Birmingham! After a hellish journey (bus to Derby, a train for loud people to Birmingham) I was there, and so was Cam, and it was absolutely amazing to see him. We spent the day wondering around Birmingham for the AL meet, which was disasterous. We then settled at a resturant that me and Al just couldn't afford to eat at, so while everyone else had drinks, me and Al skipped out to Subway, and had a nice chat. We eventually went to Ris' house, and had a night of playing Uno, Rock Band, and Beautiful Katamari. I was forced to sing Life is Beautiful by Sixx:AM, and nearly totalled my throat. I had a brilliant time, and Ris' dad is actually badass.

3rd January
Woke up late-ish, went to Merry Hill shopping centre near Ris' house, and bought a little panda called Bamboo, had a wonder around, and then decided to go back to Wolverhampton for a bit with Cam. Which ended up me going back to Shrewsbury and spending the night with him at his house. We didn't do much but play on Katamari and talk really.

4th January
Woke up, went to Wolvo, packed, went to Birmingham, couldn't find a train to Nottingham, managed to find one just before it left, and then had to wait around for an age for a train back to Kirkby. Had tea, and here I am.



As a side note, I know no one on Celebrity Big Brother apart from Cisco and Vinny Jones. Lol.
